December 2022: Family Dynamics
December is a time for giving thanks, and also a time for family connection (whether in person or distanced!). This month Jen’s guest was her sister, Julie Hahlbohm. In this remastered and reproduced interview with Julie, they talked about family dynamics and authenticity. Julie has done a lot of inner work to find her authentic self. Cal recently retired from being a faculty member at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he was a professor of Organizational development, management, leadership, and Human Resources in the Orfalea College of Business. Prior to that, Cal had several career endeavors, all focused on helping humans flourish in their lives.
