Individual Core Values Definition

Identifying your core values is foundational for living an intentional life. The PEAK Fleet offers several products and services to support Core Values definition and using them to guide everyday decision-making and life-long goal setting.

Team and Organizational Values

Team / Trust-Building Activities:

The PEAK Fleet is available to facilitate team and trust-building exercises using the PEAK Values® Core Values process in teams from two to two thousand. This exercise will facilitate individuals identifying their own core values and sharing them with partners, groups, teams. If desired, individual values can be compared to organizational values to understand how values can serve employees and how employees align to organizational values.

Organizational Values Identification:

Did you know: Almost 90% of organizations have stated values, but less than 25% of employees believe they can apply them day-to-day.

Using PEAK Values, we work with your team to define your organization’s core values and transform your organization to align to these values. We begin with an exercise using PEAK Values Cards and philosophy to help the leadership team identify their own personal core values, their collective team values, and work to understand the organization’s larger values. 

Behavioral Norms Development:

Once Organizational Values are developed, The PEAK Fleet can help your team define the required behaviors the organization’s employees must demonstrate in alignment with Organizational Core Values. We also help develop an implementation plan to guide your team to a transition to the newly developed values and ensure the values and behaviors take root.
