PEAK Values facilitator coaching/training session

Description

This one-hour session is designed for coaches, counselors, and facilitators who use our PEAK Values® cards with clients.

Prerequisites:

1. Attend/participate in a “Value of Value” workshop or PEAK Values® exercise facilitated by a PEAK Fleet consultant or coach.
2. Complete the online version of the PEAK Values® exercise.

During this session, we’ll cover:

• Facilitator tips for the core values card sort process (both in-person and remote/online)
  • Primary: Core Values including “Least Important to Me” values
  • Also: Exploring Aspirational values and other uses for the card deck
• Support model for facilitators (online exercise)

• Templates and worksheets
• Additional resources (free)
• Options/process for purchasing additional resources (card decks, digital coupons, licensing material, etc.)
